Users can create, shape and manipulate air, the common name given to the layer of atmospheric gases and various compounds (mostly oxygen and nitrogen) surrounding the planet Earth that is retained by Earth's gravity, and possibly wind, movement of air relative to the surface of the planet. It is an important factor in determining and controlling climate and weather, and the generating force of most ocean and freshwater waves. Wind occurs because of horizontal and vertical differences in atmospheric pressure, and include breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes. Examples of use: -Air Shield Construction - Can create shields of varying shapes and sizes out of the air, deflecting attacks and oncoming opponents using a localized Coriolis effect. -Aerokinetic Whip Generation - The user can create air/wind whips from nothing or by shaping the existing air/wind, with power ranging from cutting lashes to tornado force tunnels that can crush houses and shred buildings. -Aerokinetic Flight - able to take flight by riding the air currents or by a wind storm like a tornado, and/or self-produced air/wind. Aerokinetic Regeneration (2) - The ability to regenerate/heal using air/wind. Continuous use has a side-effect of potentially destabilizing his physical body over time owing to a loss of molecular cohesion in regenerated tissue. |

| Origin Story | Levi grew up in the rural community of Bargersville, Indiana with two older brothers and two older sisters. His family ran a small dairy farm where everyone was expected to pull their own weight. He’s never been afraid of hard work. Levi did not show an interest in traditional sports when he was younger, but was involved in a gymnastics program from age 7 to 14 and was on trajectory to continue competing as an Olympic-level gymnast. When he was 14, there was a series of escalating incidents in his proximity that altered wind patterns, culminating in the development of a spontaneous tornado cluster that destroyed a portion of the school building. Although no one was seriously injured in the events, Levi knew enough to know he was behind it. The revelation that Levi was a mutant caused considerable tension among his parents, family, and school. Their concerns for Levi’s safety (and that of the general population) ultimately caused them to reach out to state officials for help. The state responded by sending a team to subdue and hold him. He was barely able to escape capture. Over the span of the next six months, Levi made his way westward, then across the ocean on a freighter from San Francisco to Thailand. In Thailand, he befriended a Buddhist monk and was temporarily given shelter at the Wat Pho Sai temple in rural northern mountains. There, he opened up more about his story and his powers. Through a combination of meditative and physical exercises, Levi learned to keep his abilities in check, gradually building more precise control and power. He earned the nickname pisac fun, which translates to ‘Dust Devil,’ from locals after he was regularly spotted in the fields blowing up wind patterns that kicked up dirt and debris. |
