| Origin Story | Born in Hong Kong, Meilin was orphaned at a young age and later trafficked to the United States. She managed to escape her captors by absorbing their life force through her mutant abilities. Taken in by Telford "The Vanisher" Porter, she found a new family as the First of many Fallen Angels at the Beat Street Club in Harlem. With Porter's guidance, Meilin used her street smarts and natural wit to forge a new identity, eventually becoming a first-year attorney at Hodge & Associates by 1990. She remains dedicated to helping the Beat Street Club and using her legal skills to fight for justice for the disenfranchised. | |
