The Baxter Building, first introduced as the headquarters for a pioneering superhero team, has always been located at 42nd Street and Madison Avenue in New York City. The building's top floors were custom-fitted with advanced laboratories, living quarters, and state-of-the-art security to accommodate the team's unique needs. Over the years, it has seen numerous battles and faced various challenges, often requiring significant repairs and reconstructions.
Most recently, it is home to the Future Foundation, which is Reed Richard's charity nonprofit dedicated to ensuring scientific advancement is for the betterment of mankind, and X-Factor Investigations, a watchdog group for the advocacy of mutant rights.
