Episode 7: Pathogens and Contagions

In the year 1992 the Legacy Virus is destroying the mutant population. An already marginalized and feared minority, the mutants of the globe are now labeled as a health hazard in addition to being prosecuted for their superhuman abilities. Abandoned and left to die, mutants of the world are left ignored as mankind waits for the species to be eradicated. Even Xavier's haven falls victim to the virus as the First Class and key members of the Alternate Class fall ill. Placing the sick into cryostasis until a cure is found, the surviving members of the X-Men continue. Jean Grey runs the mansion and the X-Men as they set up a medical facility and halfway house for any mutants that need aid.

But the Legacy Virus isn't the only disease to grace the mansion's doorstep as a new found illness is invited into Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters.
